- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 5 baby bellas, minced
- 1/2 cup of coconut milk
- Sautee garlic and mushrooms in a very hot non-stick pan until you get a nice aroma. Then add the coconut milk and bring it down to a simmer. Simmer for 15 minutes or until creamy. Remove it from the heat and let set for 5 minutes and then pour over noodles.
