If you haven’t noticed, I love sandwiches. So, here is another take on an American classic.
Facon, Lettuce, and Tomato (FLT)
- 2 strips of fakin bacon
- 2 slices of tomato
- 2 romaine lettuce hearts
- vegan mayo (I use vegenaise)
- Turn you oven on and use the broiler; take the strips of fakin bacon, and cut them in half, place them in an oven made pan, cook for 10-15 minutes and turn them every few minutes.
- Toast your bread until it is golden brown; then add the mayo, lettuce, tomato and fakin bacon. Cut in half and enjoy.
